SharePoint Workflow with Office Communicator Presence & Exchange Calendar Integration

This allowed the assigning of underwriters to leverage presence and calendaring information within the process. This created a process that allowed the once manual assigning of an Underwriter to be assigned with knowledge of the Underwriters availability. By utilizing these metrics the case could be automatically assigned to the Underwriter that was available.
