Job Description: Client has an opportunity for a senior Exchange Engineer to work with enterprise clients in the St. Louis and other markets. Qualified candidates will have extensive experience architecting and implementing MS Exchange solutions in environments of 1000+ users. Primary role will be to assist clients in all aspects of their MS Exchange messaging environment.
Job Requirements:
5+ years designing, implementing and supporting Exchange 2003/2007/2010 in complex environments
Design, development, and implementation of an Active Directory environment
Experience supporting migrations of Exchange on-premise to Microsoft Exchange Online services (BPOS)
Experience with deployment and troubleshooting Blackberry, ActiveSync and other mobile devices for Exchange as third tier support
Design and implementation of Microsoft Exchange add-on products including anti-Virus, anti-Spam, Fax solutions, wireless solutions, and workflow applications
Strong knowledge in security solutions for a messaging environment
Well versed in archiving solutions
Experience with migrations from Lotus Notes and GroupWise a plus
Thorough knowledge of MS Outlook and Office
Ability to work as a team and act as Project lead engaging resources as needed
Able to manage project communication, deliverables and goals
Prior experience planning and implementing MS Office Communications Server (OCS) a plus
Knowledge of third party migration tools (ie. Binary Tree, Quest) a plus
Some travel required
Education and Professional Certifications:
MCITP: Enterprise Messaging or MCSE: Messaging is required
Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
Microsoft Certified Master: Exchange a plus
